I know you use the fast-forward to save time, but you need to explain what you're doing and what bolts you're removing. I don't know what you did with the trim piece around the wheel well, did you release some clips or did you remove screws?
Great video - thanks for showing the process. I need to do exactly the same.
One small hint - next time you want to use fast-forward make sure you dont have a lot of unnecessary movement of the camera and rather hold it steady, would be way easiert to watch.

Camera man messed up the video by panning in and out so much, bloody sea sick watching it, and didn’t zoom in enough to show any details in removing clips or screws ! Shame coz the guy doing it looked like he knew what he was doing, shame !

Would be possible to make a video for you on how to remove the rear bumper trim of a mini copper S (to replace the chrome trim with a black one) and one for the front Air Duct intake (brake intake I think they are called). I cannot find any video/instructions for a mini copper s

I'm going to do this myself, but I'm a little bit nervous about the licence plate, cause I can't find any videos on how to put the old licence plate on the new bumper. Could you show how you did this? There are no pre-drilled holes in the new bumper.
Do you need to remove the bumper if just the number plate piece needs replacing?

The problem is you pretty much skipped the part that most people need to see and that's removing the plastic fender trim.
That literally just pops off. Making the front spoiler tabs snap back in is my issue I was hoping this could solve
