Made it to one last Halloween, Eugene's favorite holiday. I never had the chance to meet Max, however I've amazed spectators with many of his fantastic effects. 2 legends watching over us, guiding our wizardry~ FYI - the Kayfabe DVD set is esoteric. If you don't have it, get it!
It’s a true shame the next generation of magicians will come into a world without either of them. Both Eugene and max held their craft in such high regard. Something sadly lacking in a lot of current performers and magicians in general. I keep coming back to this interview again and again.
Holy shit. I was sitting here wondering if he made it to the next FISM because I don't know when in the year it happens and I thought he had passed just this past November. Turns out he passed in 2022. It's already been that long.😮
This interviewer is very lacking in experience or understanding of what makes a good question and how to then ask follow ups. I hope you have someone better to utilize in the future.
