Ingredients for tadka
1) 2 tab oil
2)2-3 dry red chilly
3)1/2 tab cumin seed
4)curry leave
5)pinch of asafodia powder
6)1tab ginger &green chilly paste
7) green garlic (if u r not available
then use dry garlic paste)
8)2 medium size onion &tomato
9) solt according to taste ,1/2 tab of turmaric, dry coriander&cumin powder,dry red chilly powder,sambhar masalo.....😊
