I was wondering when they were going to get smart and convert this toy haulers. It perfect. Love the front kitchen and the seating. Now that mother and sister goes with us, it would make it easier for us all to enjoy the TV and kitchen. A washer and dryer is a must when you have kids or women with ya
Front kitchens are well balanced because they put the big heavy appliances up front but usually compromise with a smaller bedroom and bathroom in the back. I prefer rear kitchens since you still have a normal bedroom up front and the elevated rear kitchen usually has a big "basement" storage area underneath. Front living room models are great for entertaining large groups of people but have the same rear bedroom limitations.
The down fall I see is if your traveling and stop for the night you would have to take out your golf cart or bike ect to go to bed at night. But still a nice 5th. What’s the dry weight?
I love this unit and the Riverstone is a strong contender for our next toy hauler. My only complaint regarding this floorplan is the lack of a patio. FR needs to seriously consider putting in a side patio right behind the slideout which can be accessed from the bedroom. Side patios have become a necessity for us now that we've had one. But no patio at all is a deal breaker.
Boa noite. Abraço do Brasil......
Beautiful! I'm old fashioned and like the oak color floors. Very nice storage. I really don't like the stares, they bring the dirt rain and snow inside !
This is the umpteenth video I've seen of riverstone units that appear as though the recliner closest to the couch, doesnt have space enough to open. Is that the case with this one as well because it sure looks that way. My bf and I are considering one, but there are none in our area to tour in person. I spend alot of time in my recliner and would be uglier than a 2 headed bear if it didnt open. Thanks for the info and other than that concern, I'm super impressed with the changes jayco has made to its luxury units. We would be full timing and the warranty is the best we've seen. Thanks for the awesome videos!
I am curious as to why they never offer independent suspension. And also with 3 axle is make it hard to turn. So the last axle should be able to raise up of the ground when we are turning or parking the unit. Or even better make the third axle on a pivot where is turns on its on. 3 axle eats up tires.
The big steps below the kitchen base cabinets look like they would make using the countertops very uncomfortable. They are the extreme opposite of toe kicks.
Hi. My husband and I just saw this video and like the rig or one similar to it. We really like the lighter/white cabinetry. However, this is nice. We would like to know how much a unit like this costs, please. Thank you.
Hi Misa Rain. Back when I did this video this one sold for $110,288 the way it was setup. The factory has updated/changed this model and it's now called a 42FSKG as they changed up the kitchen layout some by moving the Sink/Dishwasher/Oven all around. As soon as I get one in I'll be doing an updated video of the new version. They also have started offering White Cabinets in the Riverstone Line up so you will start to see them coming soon to. They also have a front living room version of the Riverstone Toy hauler to if you haven't seen that yet. Forestriver also makes a Front Living Room version in their Cedar Creek brand they sell at Couch's RV Nation to but it does not offer white cabinets. The Cedar Creek version however does cost less.
Nice rig the back would make a great shop for a traveling craftsman or handyman, or specialist trade I like it. How much with all the options your showing? Thanks for sharing
I have to agree windows next to the bed are a great addition when your a person who likes cross ventilation. But, since this has the toy hauler under the bed it sort of makes it impossible for the windows. I know, bummer. But you have to admit it is a great looking rig.
Will the roof unload a 54" snow load? Can the tip out covers withstand snow and can they slide off snow loads? What is the wind loading of the tip out tarps? Is there an "Arctic" package? Can we ditch the propane furnace and have a top mounted, electric heat pump? Can we install a full size freezer in the mother in law's room,,, I mean toy space?
Is there anyway to see this toy hauler with a golf cart inside? Our golf cart has the rear seat and this rig would be ideal for us if a golf cart fits.
Trying to convince my boyfriend that this is the toy hauler we need. Even told him I would sacrifice not having my own motorcycle because I know his biggest complaint would be the garage space not being able to fit both of our bikes!
The kitchen is pretty nice, but the bedroom being part of the garage makes it impractical. I'd get a regular toy hauler if I had any real amount of things to store. Certainly couldn't haul a mini cooper or smart car. Would like to see if the bathroom is available when the slides come in.
Love this floorplan! Best one I've seen on a 5th wheel TH. The problem for me is the garage is too small for my 2 touring bikes. I need at least 8 ft wide. Anything like this on the market with a 10x8 garage?
you would be very hard pessed to find one. The oversixe load rules for NC state that you would need a perit if the total width exceeds 8'6". In order to have a 8' garage you would have to have three inch wide walls, which is bascially impossible.
Plywood Roof ??? Never heard of that always thought they were a one piece fiberglass roof. Your thoughts ? Also wondered it seems triple axle setup tires are going to wear poorly no ? Other than that beautiful rig, love the finishes
I really do love camping I wonder how much it weighs?, I would have a lot of room to put my ATV in it, but I'm also wondering does it have a fuel tank to put fuel in my ATV?
This is designed for retirees or someone at remote location with their spouse(construction supervisor out of state project). This is not a family camper.
I would have rather had the sink under the window on the microwave side. When I'm in the kitchen, I'm always using the sink....so not having those covers on is a huge waste of counter/prep space.
Hi Chuck. You can order these with the desk option in place of a sofa. I've done that for a few customers on these. They do not have an individual recliner option available on this model at this time.
If you are disabled or older you can't use all the steps being built in to all these newer units. If you are in the kitchen you have to go down 3 steps and then up 3 steps to use the bathroom. Think of this if you have a 2 year old.
I'm older, (72) and am looking to purchase a Riverstone 39RKFB in the spring. And actually I look at going up stairs as great exercise. Unfortunately with a lot of the older generation they become too sedentary in their ways, and actually cause more problems for themselves because of a lack of exercise. I've learned, the more you do the better you feel. And as for those steps and two year olds. My granddaughter used spring loaded gates to keep my great granddaughter from going where she shouldn't go. It works, on both counts. Be blessed.
I would make the drawers in the steps have a slot in the wood to open them. It seems dangerous to have the handle sticking out like that in the middle step. Someone will trip on it and get hurt.
@allaboutrvs what is the height of the kitchen and and the shower (not including the sky light)? I like this layout but have been considering a fl model not fk bc the height it allows mostly the bathroom (shower). I’m 6’5” and a cowboy so with boots an easy 6’7”.
Hi Jonathan. The Kitchen is 78 1/2" tall. The bathroom is the same. The Shower is 77 1/2" and when standing under the large skylight area which is most of the shower area it is 82"s tall.
One thing I really dislike are windows in the kitchen, especially the stove area. No house has a window over stove, that’s were spice racks or pot and pan storage are needed. In a stationary home windows are usually over sink but that is really not needed in a camper where you all usually go in at same time and leave at same time. Just poor thought process. Everyone I talk to say they never thought about that. It’s true campers are usually full of natural light yet have automatic shades which are usually pulled. In camp grounds or parks my shades are pulled tight. Rarely or actually never have I really wanted or needed any windows except at door. Camera’s take care of that now!......
You never show the trailer interior when it is closed up. It makes it hard for us to determine what bathroom access is available, in travel mode. Access to bedroom etc..
just looking at the slide outs, with them in you would not be able to get into the kitchen and refrigerator. The living room with both couches slide in would not be able to get the bathroom or bedroom. So yes looks like some issues with this floor plan
Hi Steve. The camper comes standard with the Dexter EZ Flex Suspension System w/ Bronze Bushings and Grease Zerks between the axles. They do offer as an option the MORryde Independent Suspension System which replaces their standard axle system. It's about $4,800 dealer cost to do this option.
Hi Steve. Sorry about that. I forgot to add a few things to the description. I updated it with more info. Here is the legacy package info. Legacy Package (Must Select Paint Color Option) Full Body Paint Bose Soundbar Hand-Laid Flooring Full Unit Water Mani-Fold Disc Brakes Dyson Cordless Vac Ceramic Tile Backsplash LCI Waste Master System Goodyear Tires Folding Chairs
Not enough storage space in kitchen. No pantry? No where to store pots and pans, crackpot, etc. Only a two chair dinette area? Might be a pretty unit but is missing the mark on important areas.

Half way thru we discovered it was grand design knock off. That garage way to small. Bed raising not for me. We haul a 1600 # side by side Guess I will keep the one I got.
It’d be terribly annoying to have the feet up on that one sofa that would block the stairs into the back of the couch. I mean......that’s just silly. But other than that how the TV in that room is set up is pretty cute
I *_LOVE_* the way you guys do a PIP insert to show open doors, drawers, and cabinets. What a brilliant idea.
I have done a lot of research on toy haulers and this is by far the best quality.
Best layout I've ever seen
Very nice fifth wheel. I like the kitchen and living room. Lots of cabinetry. Thank you for showing this.
This thing is awesome! How you incorporated a garage under the bed, to give more space for the living section was just great!! I love this design!
Thank you for showing the interior first...as you know if wife doesn’t like the interior you’re wasting your time, ❤️ this is beautiful unit.
alright the large frige positioned like this seems the most sense for weight and balance , i have concern for those on a slide out . good job
Now this is the one I LOVE... I could live out my days in bliss..!!!😀👌👍💓🙌
Glad you enjoy it!
I was wondering when they were going to get smart and convert this toy haulers. It perfect. Love the front kitchen and the seating. Nice video! I wish it had more water for us Boondockers
We have a 2020 just like this one love it
I'm looking for one just like this one, where did you buy from and the price
Awesome set up. I've never seen a front kitchen. My uncle bought a 5th wheel with a front top living room. That was awesome.
Front kitchens are well balanced because they put the big heavy appliances up front but usually compromise with a smaller bedroom and bathroom in the back. I prefer rear kitchens since you still have a normal bedroom up front and the elevated rear kitchen usually has a big "basement" storage area underneath. I got more excited about the fridge size and omg is that a dish washer??!! Seriously beautiful unit
That and the onboard washer & Dryer unit. Sister loves to wash while we're on the road. This summer we plain to hit five to nine states
Get the power center ,fuses ,breakers, eye level!
That is gorgeous. Luxurious
Thanks Ray, we are going to order one from you guys in April, great Video !
What an absolutely beautiful unit😍 What a dream!
That’s what she said.
Felicitaciones por el video informativo de esta obra de arte sobre ruedas. Gracias 🇨🇴. 😁😁 😁 😂
Very interesting. I would prefer the conventional walk through toy hauler. But what a beautiful work of art. WOW.
The down fall I see is if your traveling and stop for the night you would have to take out your golf cart or bike ect to go to bed at night. But still a nice 5th. What’s the dry weight?
Wow Ray beautiful

Why not a fiberglass or aluminum roof and a water line connect in the garage for more water but a very beautiful toy hauler! I love the front kitchen!
Beautiful! I'm old fashioned and like the oak color floors. Very nice storage. I really don't like the stares, they bring the dirt rain and snow inside !
Beautiful...except vents on floors.
Another great video. Exactly like the one we will be getting in the spring from you.
This is the umpteenth video I've seen of riverstone units that appear as though the recliner closest to the couch, doesnt have space enough to open. Find somewhere to put some bunks and it's a 10/10!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME ❤
Nice design and finish. BTW. No such word as. ACROST.
I am curious as to why they never offer independent suspension. And also with 3 axle is make it hard to turn. So the last axle should be able to raise up of the ground when we are turning or parking the unit. Or even better make the third axle on a pivot where is turns on its on. 3 axle eats up tires.
This is absolutely a fantastic Rig! It has all you want. A great mix between full 5th and Toy Hauler... High quality also... 👊🏻😍
The big steps below the kitchen base cabinets look like they would make using the countertops very uncomfortable. They are the extreme opposite of toe kicks.

How much with all the options your showing? Thanks for sharing
Brian Davis right around 150,000 but in reality you can probably get one closer to 110,000
This is what people want in Europe...
Word of the day, There.
Need night side tables, windows by bed sides for cross ventilation,
I have to agree windows next to the bed are a great addition when your a person who likes cross ventilation. But, since this has the toy hauler under the bed it sort of makes it impossible for the windows. I know, bummer. But you have to admit it is a great looking rig.

Take a drink every time he says "there"
Is there anyway to see this toy hauler with a golf cart inside? Our golf cart has the rear seat and this rig would be ideal for us if a golf cart fits.
Trying to convince my boyfriend that this is the toy hauler we need. Even told him I would sacrifice not having my own motorcycle because I know his biggest complaint would be the garage space not being able to fit both of our bikes!

Why would you need opposing hide a beds that can’t open at the same time? Make one a conventional couch and save weight/cost
I have the same sentiments
What's the point?
Or, make the slides just a bit larger so they will open.
Take out the one and put a table and chairs so you can seat more for eating
Or bunks on one side don't make much sense to be able to seat 8 and sleep 4
Nice floor plan. Never seen a FK TH.
It would be so nice If they built this modell with the white wood..
Loving the lighter color look. Nice
I love it!!!!! Great video!!!
Love this floorplan! Best one I've seen on a 5th wheel TH. The problem for me is the garage is too small for my 2 touring bikes. I need at least 8 ft wide. Anything like this on the market with a 10x8 garage?

Nitro 405?
No outdoor kitchen or shower?
Why don't you guys make more pocket doors? They save space and are more covenant ?
You would think to be so big it would have some bunk beds for kids.
Olsen Twins pretty nice
Awesome video, love this 5th wheel! Can you please send me the cost on this one?
Plywood Roof ??? Never heard of that always thought they were a one piece fiberglass roof. Your thoughts ? Also wondered it seems triple axle setup tires are going to wear poorly no ? Other than that beautiful rig, love the finishes
The heating duct just beside the shower is an aweful placement, especially if one gets out of the shower and water drops into it.
I really do love camping I wonder how much it weighs?, I would have a lot of room to put my ATV in it, but I'm also wondering does it have a fuel tank to put fuel in my ATV?
The only thing I don't like about this 5th Wheel RV is the Dyson Vacuum, I would prefer either a Dirt Devil Vacuum or a Shark Vacuum
Such a big kitchen but dining seating for only two? Otherwise it's beautiful!
Sinks on slides are troublesome. Moving parts for the plumbing break and leak.
It's a toy hauler, where is the fuel station for the toys??
Can you delete door side sofa and have a desk instead. Also would prefer individual recliners vs. theater seating.
Hi Chuck. You can order these with the desk option in place of a sofa. I've done that for a few customers on these. They do not have an individual recliner option available on this model at this time.
Anything like this floor plan under 40ft?
Does the back convert to a deck? Or just the ramp?
If you are disabled or older you can't use all the steps being built in to all these newer units. If you are in the kitchen you have to go down 3 steps and then up 3 steps to use the bathroom. Think of this if you have a 2 year old.

Only 83 gallon fresh? The voltage 4205 is about the same size and has 160 gallon fresh.
I would make the drawers in the steps have a slot in the wood to open them. It seems dangerous to have the handle sticking out like that in the middle step. Someone will trip on it and get hurt.

The tongue weight on this trailer must be HUGE. 10,000 lbs?
Hi Larz. It averages around 3,910 lbs for the Hitch Weight empty
You never show the trailer interior when it is closed up. It makes it hard for us to determine what bathroom access is available, in travel mode. Access to bedroom etc..

How long is it?
Very nice! Curious, though... what class of vehicle would be required to haul a 5th wheel RV trailer above 20k lbs?
Hi Mick. A camper this size and weight really needs a one ton dually diesel truck or larger to pull it safely.
@@allaboutrv
Thanks for confirming! I suspected that would be the minimum. 😋👍
AllaboutRVs
It’s not a camper
Do all water facilities have a shut off valve?
I would be concerned with fumes whilst i sleep because it’s not a vacuum sealed platform bed above the toy hauler
Drinks for six, dinner for four , sleep's two
Hey Ray is the Moore Ride Suspension still a option on this new unit and how much is that option or is it included in another package...
Hi Steve. The camper comes standard with the Dexter EZ Flex Suspension System w/ Bronze Bushings and Grease Zerks between the axles. They do offer as an option the MORryde Independent Suspension System which replaces their standard axle system. It's about $4,800 dealer cost to do this option.

This appeared to be very long on the outside but look very small on the inside.
Remember kids, you must watch dinner and eat tv
There is no access to the inside of the home, nah! 🙁
Luxury RV campgrounds don't want motorized vehicles driving around their campgrounds, and I don't blame them.
Not enough storage space in kitchen. No pantry? No where to store pots and pans, crackpot, etc.
