Awesome skills man! Way too advanced for the guy that hasn't done his first half piro flip IMHO. You should do a vid with 1. tail in upright half piro flip, stop tail in inverted in stable hover. 2 piro the nose on around and stop nose in inverted, completing the whole piro flip. 3 Do a nose in inverted half piro flip stopping nose in upright in a stable hover 4. piro the nose on around to tail in upright. Every vid I've seen has left out the importance of a nose in inverted half piro flip.
That is absolutely right. It goes from tail-in > tail-in[inverted] > 180 turn > nose-in[inverted] > nose-in. The last part is "never" taught correctly. When done right it feels like "heavy" forward cyclc in the stir, and continuous forward tumbling. I wait till the just passes middle then points left. Both when inverted and not. BTW, I am using left rudder. DAmn 3 years in the making. Finally got it. Worked it out on sim, not field crashes.
Nice video, I've been studying 3D helis for a week or so now, not sure if i want to try this, but this doesn't make sence? when flipping how does the heli NOT drive itself into the ground?? I mean the heli is still "lifting" and being upside down would drive it into the grave? Thanks from a "maybe" newbie on 3D.
wow, really great piloting skills, great tut
Great vid!

@ravijagdev you can, you'v got many climate options
is that the phoenix 3.o version
Do you mind if I ask how many hours experience you would guess you have with rc heli's?
You can change the pitch of the blade so that you can actually fly upside down
Sir, thanks for the
das ist MODE2 grrrrrrrrrr
awesome skills but not a video for piroflip newbies, that's sure :-)
