to be honest the video it self didn't shock so much, because for the fans, people that knows her personality, this video its just the usual billie but, without baggie clothes, yk? but for the other fans that only knows her from her videos and music, they are not familiar with this side of her.
what im trying to say is, this is not her trying to say that she is not a kid anymore, for me its just her being more confident in her own skin and being ok letting more people see that

No judgement, but she just replaced pillow fights with silly string. Do not love the video. One cliche after another, but that's typical for people growing up from childhood to adulthood. They typically begin by retelling the stories/stereotypes about things like sexuality they've grown up with.
