absolutely epic performance. Just a murderous barrage of sounds. A fact you should know is that it was a three-hour concert and Simone was pregnant. We can only guess how much effort it cost her, but it is almost a feat for her.

Honestly appreciate you holding off on the collabs, cuz you’ll enjoy it so much more once you’re familiar with Simone’s voice and can really pick out what she and Floor are each doing! The Epica song that people recommend often is Sancta Terra ... only because Floor is in it :( It is sad really. It is one of Epica's lesser songs actually but people only recommend it because of the Floor/Nightwish fanbase. You are right to catch that fact. But... actually Simone sang another song with Floor that same concert. It is a classical hymne from the 17th century I believe. It is called Stabat Mater Dolorosa. If you really want to choose a song with Simone and Floor singing together and get your mind blown choose that one!!! It is magical. Just Simone and Floor and the classical orchestra singing a holy song of hundreds of years old.
