You say the truth but you don't understand you have no evidence that is true.
That is a perception. From a bias daughter (that made no known efford to visit her dad in person - by the way). It doesn't even match what happens next after they loose the farm and Daniele moves to her parent's ranch. It sounds to me that it was the father himself that did not pick up the phone or had any idea of calling his daughter. One would easily blame a stepmother but... it does not fit her profile. She didn't start spending money! I think the father, fearing the daughter intentions were to get her hands of some of that million dollar's money - cut her off.
Knowing that the suspitions would fall not on him, but on the new person - and that pleased him because it isolates the victim a lot more.
Danielle was isolated from close friends and family. What goes on behing close doors can suprise many. I belive her because everything in her behavior matches the behavior of true trauma victims. SOciety just isn't enough enlighted about this yet, making victims of abuse suffer even more, putting them in jail and hating them.

If you do not want your face on tv, oké, I get that, would not like that either, but not even willing to state a first name, yet making one up? No. I can't say for 100% Ray was néver ever abusive, I was never around, but all the signs by info given in the doc show Ray as at least an okay guy that let his wife play boss over him and he went along with it. Those things you mention are actually very accurate with a victim of trauma.
So... did the system got it wright?
      Is it that simple?
She basically pointed the finger to herself, altough innicially not saying it so. If you had police in your home to search for a corpse, would you point out to were the corpse is and say: Don't search there?
Then police as to return with a document to search there and the body is still there? There was no efford to remove it? Like if it was DENIAL IT had happen. As if it was preferible to believe it was an accident with a.. dog? No one would believe this. This wan't calculated. This happen as an accident. The body put aside as if to deny reality... a reality that was not wished for. Body put in a improvised spot the first the eyes seen as viable.

The other sick disturbing person in this story was the anonymous mail carrier who said he deserved being shot five times in the head and five times in the torso then stuffed in a metal trunk outside because she suspected he hit her. Nobody deserves to be murdered in that way. If you work with 12-1500 lb horses every day 6 to 8 hrs a day you’re going to get banged up from time to time that’s just part of the job. Dani was also a sick monster for trying to eliminate Ray’s daughter and grandchildren out of his life. But I guess according to Dani and the sick mail carrier he still deserved to die. It’s women like this who make it harder for women who truly are being abused and actually have to do what they have to to defend themselves. Then she calls her murdered ex-husband’s mother and tells her her son is dead and that their dog killed him. What a sicko!!

It’s interesting that there was never any evidence of Ray abusing his 1st wife. Being a survivor of abuse, it starts early after people move into together, and the SO has total control over the victim. They usually don’t start suddenly, after you’ve reached your 60’s. In addition, there is no evidence that he was so controlling in other traits of an abuser, like isolation, allowing participation with her desired activities, etc. She is not only disrespectful to true victims of abuse, she is also causing doubt in people as to whether real victims are believed 🤬🤬🤬.

I believe she is a true victim of abuse. Your line of tough as holes on it. He did not isolate her? Based on what do you clame it? Have you seen anyone here speaking for her? A close friend? A family member? Did this investigation not even bodered to go and check HER SIDE of the story??
Not having evidence of first wife abuse does not mean anything. There are many cases of people living their all lives together with constant abused being kept out of knowledge of everyone. Specially if they live in an isolated house without neighbors around.
Have you noticed - as a surviver of abuse - how her deminure and appearance CHANGED before and after? How she seems drainned of her sould? As a survivor yourself (I don't know the degree) can't you spot in there a red flag? Her all behavior, to me, fits the profile.
Also, people always smile and joke and try to have fun when in parties or events. Abusers also like to keep a fasade of "good partners" they allow, as long as they go along, to a certain degree of activities. At the beginning at least. That re-enactment thing seems to me to be some sort of very rare occasional event. Did you noticed they only had THAT GROUP to speak about the couple? Were are the other people a couple should meet around their life time? Neighbors? None. OK. Store clearks? None? OK... Some club? Some close friend of the family?
This investigation had to resort to just this people.... I guess because not many others were available. People that knew the couple not very closely, just in that context. A context that is only available because Danielle liked to do that activity. So... was she the one isolating him or was it the other way around? Were are his activities?
One of this people even said Danielle WAS NOT materialistic. Then they cut to the daughter - who to me seemed to jump to the conclusion IT WAS NOT HER FATHER that cut her off (maybe fearing she would want a peace of that million) but the "evil" step mom. By the way... he lost no time finding himself a replacement. And aimed to a younfer one. This is so commom in predadors that I... really... so many signs she can easily be a VICTIM...
Well.... that's how I see it.

She was so focused on his money that she isolated him from his daughter and grandkids. I don’t believe this was self defense. By the end she hated him so much, that’s why not 2 or 3 bullets. She reloaded and emptied the gun a second time. That is cold blooded. The defense attorney has the same vibe of preparing his "take" on what happened, as I did when I broke a ceiling lamp with a broomstick after horsing around at 10 yo, and I was trying to prepare a plausible excuse for my mom when she came home later.

She is so unbelievable... my dog and I are insulted that she made up such a stupid excuse... I'm always amazed that people like her would rather lie... than just leave... OMD, (Oh My DOG) she shot him 5 times and still feels the need to reload...as for the other guy... she is looking for a new meal ticket... 😍 and had they hooked up, she would have been tearing thru his money, then looking for a way out... sounds like she had the new guy in her sites...

That poor man. He probably believed this woman was like his first sweet wife but his loneliness blinded him to who she really was. She was a bottomless pit, consuming, taking and leaving nothing behind. Her lawyer seems as much a liar as she is so thankful justice was served and her appeal denied.

He was killed at the same date, years later, his first wife died. This it NOT a coincidence. He was still grieving, and he probably mentioned her and his new wife snapped. She could not believe, that he still thinks about his first wife. He probably bragged about it (living the misery he has with her) and her ego could not take it anymore. Then she came with the "he tried to assault me" story. I do believe that she felt assaulted by his feelings to his late wife. It is enough for a cruel person to do horrible things.
