I never used to listen much to music (apart from worship songs), now I have to listen to Dimash sing at least 10-20 times a day, since I first heard him sing in July 2021! He’s an incredible vocalist but he’s also an amazing human being! I don’t much like the words to the unbiblical Ave Maria but Dimash’s song is based on the music of Cassini’s Ave Maria, without words. So if you want to come into the presence of God, where Jesus uses a Muslim (Dimash) and a Jew (Igor Krutoy on piano, the composer) then listen to Dimash’s incredible Ave Maria at New Wave 2021 (it was a couple of days after Stranger, the performance you just watched)!

That was a fantastic reaction to this incredible performance. 🌹🫶🌹 The Kobys player introduced at the end is the best in the world and a friend of Dimash. This is a guest performance at New Wave (a show for young upcoming artists). I suspect he is using his fame to get people out for the young talent being showcased here. He performed 4 songs here, 3 of them premieres. Anytime you see Igor Krutoy on the piano, you will know that he composed the song.❤ Actually this song only shows 4.5 Octaves of his range. I am more impressed at how he is able to hold that final note without a quiver while dropping to his knees.😂😮😮 As a young man he was strongly discouraged from that "high note nonsense" that was so untraditional but he continued learning and practising on his own. Kudaibergen & Krutoy collaborations are always amazing- you might want to check out their “Ave Maria” - I think they tapped into the divine on that one.

Every performance is astounding! Thanks for the great reaction! Dimash opened up a new world of music for me. I never used to listen much to music (apart from worship songs), now I have to listen to Dimash sing at least 10-20 times a day, since I first heard him sing in July 2021! He’s an incredible vocalist but he’s also an amazing human being!
I don’t much like the words to the unbiblical Ave Maria but Dimash’s song is based on the music of Cassini’s Ave Maria, without words. So if you want to come into the presence of God, where Jesus uses a Muslim (Dimash) and a Jew (Igor Krutoy on piano, the composer) then listen to Dimash’s incredible Ave Maria at New Wave 2021 (it was a couple of days after Stranger, the performance you just watched)!

Igor Krutoy (the pianist here) composed this for Dimash and when he heard it he pushed for the addition of the kolbyz (the traditional instrument being played with a bow at the start). Kudaibergen & Krutoy collaborations are always amazing- you might want to check out their “Ave Maria” - I think they tapped into the divine on that one.

Su amplio rango, lo perfecto que es en cada registro, el gran intérprete, el músico talentosos, el gran compositor, el maravilloso carisma, productor y director, también un buen actor por lo que se ve, buen deportista, hasta guionista...... We love him too because he is respectful, charitable, , kind, loving and says he loves all nations. There are no bad nations, just a few bad leaders, He does a lot of humanitarian work, as does his whole family. You say he is alien but Dimash is what a human should be. Thank you from the U.K.
While I agree there are a few times he sounds a little like Robert Goulet, Dimash has his own flair and tells stories of his culture, his dreams, and his vision for the world. As a vet, you might want to watch One Sky. It brings tears. I've been a Dear for 5 years now, and Dimash performed once in New York. I hope he'll come back to the states again. I'd be there.

If you ever watch "the Story of one Sky" from him, please turn on the subtiles because this song is very importan not only in his music, no the words are very importan, too. I understand when you normal will pay more attantion to his voice.
You know you've already been 'Dimashified' when you don't care if you have the subtitles on or not. Many say the same thing. Dimash manages to convey beauty and emotion with his voice than transcends all boundaries; country, language, culture, religion. He reminds us that music truly is the universal laguage, one that we all - everyone on this planet speaks, straight to the heart. Nonetheless, it IS good to have the lyrics, as Dimash is a true Story-Teller. He describes his own voice as 'just one instrument he brings 'in service of' the story of whichever song, and he matches his vocals to the words and the story. Also, many of his songs have deliberate and significant anti-war or humanitarian themes - which he does want us to hear and understand!
Dimash was raised in a traditional family and culture and was always taught that "With Great Gifts - also Comes Great Responsibility."
