The Luffy vs Usopp fight was the first time I cried watching *anything* . I have watched so many series and films with tons of emotional moments, but this fight...It really hit me hard
Nah this video, while great, is now out of date. You should have watched the video that did the top 20 most legendary fights in one piece because 2023 gave us so many new legendary fights that would put some of the fights on this list to shame.
The video narrator says that fights are what shonen are about and while that's kinda true, for One Piece they aren't the biggest draw. They're a conclusion of built up emotions and situations, and they're really only at their best when the context for them is known, because so much about them depends on the whys and hows. Sure, they can be pretty flashy but without the understanding of why they're happening they're just empty punches. What comes before and after the fights are much more important than the fights themselves.
I wish there were videos exactly like this but showed the fights in their entirety, or at least cutting out a lot of the middle stuff. Like a supercut of some kind. There's no way to really grasp how badass these are without at least some more of the more badass parts of these fights.
I'm pretty sure most fans who watched One Piece is not looking for great fight but its masterpiece in storytelling. The fights is just add on to the story plot. If you ask me watching all these cool fights for the first time, i'm not convince to watch this series The main story that gives souls and the hypes to these fights.
My list of best fights is absolutely controversial... 10. Nami vs Kalifa 9. Luffy vs Katakuri 8. Luffy vs Bruno 7. Luffy vs Crocodile 6. Strawhats vs Oars 5. Nami vs Miss Doubblefinger 4. Robbin vs Black Maria 3. Sanji vs Queen 2. Zorro/Sanji vs Foxy Trio 1. Sanji vs Jabura
funniest but cool came out that a rematch of another on the same date he fought a cat. People saying who but I said cat to try not to spoil with saying what thinks cool that new and past. the first fight is on this list at number 3.
In the luffy vs katakuri fight when katakuri stabed himself he didn't do that to make it fair he did that because his sister shot an paralysis dart at lufys leg wich made it harder to dodge and got stabed with his trident he saw that and there for to make it even for what she did he stabed himself with his own trident

Bleach has always been in the big 3. I haven’t bleach yet, but it’s always been. Dragon ball is like the grandfather of the big 3. And the big 3 is a fan term saying that those 3 anime came out around the same time and gained massive popularity. Dragon ball came out over a decade before the big 3. And plus many characters in the big 3 were influenced and inspired from dragon ball.

There's 4 blades between Zoro and Killer. Zoro was short one sword, so he stole killer's scythe to get the advantage.

You should watch zoro vs king and gear 5 vs kaido and even sanji vs queen, i think that those are all better than most of the fights on this list.
