Doops clause is if you find the exact same pokemon, but most people run with species clause which says no catching of the same evolutionary line (unless said pokemon from said line moved to the country to live on a farm). How does Gardevoir not have Psychic? Kirlia learns it at lvl 29 or something. Did they move it to much later in gen 4? I'm not as familiar with gen 4 as I am 3.
@@nyxzies nuzlocking has a whole host of rules. Personally, I think you are crazy for doubling up on Pokemon, but I'm not the boss and Staraptor is a powerhouse so two would wreck almost everything that walks. Tldr, you do you and have fun cause that's what matters
These badges were not without heavy losses… Also with your dupe question, in a usual nuzelocke when you catch a Pokemon you can’t catch any other Pokemon from the evolutionary line. But this is your nuzelocke so you make your own rules
