    Imagine you're suffering from grief and confusion, and on top of that, you're constantly being preassured by the government to keep quiet about your experiences. You can't even participate in any social clubs that you were accustomed to. You can't confide in loved ones and friends at the moment. You have to simply wait until the war ends, which isn't an easy task since there's no end in sight.
