Muggins. We actually use the score of the total instead of converting. If the total is 15, the score is 15. We don’t convert it to 3. I also wish you had played more on the Spinner. My two grandpas played everyday with a group of men. They were outstanding.
Those sound like some awesome memories! My grandma was not big into dominos, but she was always up for a game of Rack-O.

In two hand domino’s if the board is locked does the player who’s next have to pick up the rest of the bone yard?
In Block Dominoes, players never draw. Once both players are blocked the game is immediately over. In Draw and Muggins a player will have to draw until they can make a play or there is one domino left in the boneyard. So they would pick up all of them but the last one. Hope that makes sense!
A shorter answer. Yes. They draw until they make a play or have drawn all but one of the boneyard.

Two players don't draw the last two dominoes. Three players don't draw the last single dominoe. That's the way it's meant to be played. However, the rule isn't actually required.
Can you tell me why you don’t draw the last bone in the yard?
I believe leaving the last domino out of play adds a "stop" to the game and forces someone to be blocked. I don't think it is required, but it is a rule I follow.
What happens when a round is blocked and both players have the same total number of points? Let's say 10 points each (one player has double five and the other has zero four and zero six). Who gets the points?

If blocked dominoes happen, is the opponent subjected to take all the tiles?
You can play this way, but you don’t have to. It would certainly make the game a little meaner. =^)

If a person is not on the score board and his opponent called the wrong number can he mug that person for those points although he hasn’t scored yet 😳
