Thank you for the video. Growing up in New Zealand in the 1950’s and 1960’s I used to read Ransom’s books and enjoyed them very much. I must admit though that I really had no real idea of what the United Kingdom was like until I lived there in the 1970’s. I found it quite different to New Zealand and very beautiful.
Yes it is the same author. Julia Jones who commissioned this short film owns Peter Duck. They’re all friends 😁I hope to do something on that in the future.
@@swallowmedia I read the Wikipedia page. Now I got it. He owned Peter Duck, and his last boat was Nancy Blackett. His life sounds fascinating. I’m not a sailor, but I love sailboats and the stories they hold.
It's absolutely fantastic episode filming . Thank you very much. Beautiful wooden design boat ⛵️
I wish you guys fear winds and following seas 🌊.
Very good.
Thanks! 😊

Nice job, Jon! Great little video.
Thank you Chris :)
I watched a video on My Classic Boat about The boat Peter Duck. The same author, Ransome, right? Great video, cheers from Chicago.
