Apparently this was bugged for a bit. They just fixed it today: Overwatch 2 Retail Patch Notes - November 26, 2024 Fixed an issue causing the Hero Mastery courses for Brigitte and Cassidy to be unavailable. These can now be played again. You should be good to try it now!
