They are not incompetent... they just don't care about you. If you have the right skin color and the right connections, your case will be processed and solved. If you don't meet these criteria, the cops will suspect you, even though you are the victim.
Considering the high-level interest in the case, by both the public and likely the executives, as well as the chance that their deception could be uncovered by any small slip up they made while fabricating evidence in just a few days, and the chance that the actual person who did it could just pop up again while not being actively hunted for, I'd have to say that this theory is very unlikely.
Are we not gonna talk about how its not even the same guy? Different skin tone entirely, different facial features, etc. Its only been a few days since the shooting.
Different skin tone, different face, drastically different displays of emotions, narrower shoulders, one photo he did wear an identity concealing mask, then he's not, some people even say the picture of him smiling actually looks like a woman. Wearing totally different jackets in each new photo. Not just color, we're also talking varying amounts of jacket pockets in different orientations. They are not incompetent... they just don't care about you. If you have the right skin color and the right connections, your case will be processed and solved. If you don't meet these criteria, the cops will suspect you, even though you are the victim.
Yeah, if they did that he's not getting convicted. If OJ simpson can get away with murder a jury isn't going convict a guy who didn't actually do it.
