I wish that Shadow can be around other characters. I know Sonic and the others will be there for him. I just know it no matter what!
I know Shadow could be grumpy or villian but I don't care because he is a Hero and he deserves to be seen as a hero.
He is not to blame it is not his fault about Maria he tried to protect her. And I am sure Shadow can do his best to help everyone and protect the Earth from harm.

Yep I like to think Amy reminds Shadow of Maria too. And you're right deep down Shadow does care and is a good guy he's to the type to show it all the time and he's not going to care about everyone therefore is willing to go a bit further than Sonic in fighting for what's right, but at the end of the day he does care for the few people close to him like sonics friends deep down even if they don't know it. They're all there for each other, it's just a shame SEGA wanna forget that and everything you said in recent games but I'm hoping his character will be fixed again in the future and go back to what it was👍

I wish I can try something that they can see Shadow deserves to be as a hero there has to be a way.

He was created to help people and protect the Earth.

@@abrialwoodford6712 To be honest I have hopes they'll fix his character because no one likes it right now you see everyone complains about how Shadow is wrote right now there's no way SEGA doesn't know people aren't happy about it so hopefully they fix his character soon👍

@@abrialwoodford6712 I'd like to think they will at some point they gotta realise their recent writing of characters like Shadow and Tails aren't working especially if the fans keep complaining they have to hear them out eventually. To be fair he is wrote well in a lot of the Japanese games, short stories etc and it's the English translation that usually changes his characterisation a lot.
But if fans keep complaining they'll have to hear. I'd love to have him interact with characters like Amy, Cream etc more but my main wish is that they make team dark friends again and Shadow just goes back to his personality in SA2, heroes and 06

I love that theory! I've always liked Shadamy as a platonic brother/sister bond and Amy is so much like Maria so that theory is right up my alley XD
@@CoffeeDubss Same here, regardless of Shadamy was about romance or about sibling relationship, it's one of many reasons, it's one of my favorite ships. Shame there's not much Fanfictions about that theory, unless I'm not looking hard enough.

Oh my heart!! I love the idea that Any reminds him of Maria. That’s why I’m not really a fan of the ship. Also I know he’s biologically 15, but isn’t she 12? Is 3 years considered acceptable? I don’t know I just find it kind of not great… that’s why I don’t like the Sonic and Any ship either. Plus I prefer friendship anyway.
But at the same time I also love love. I like seeing people happy with someone. So I don’t know. It’s hard. 😅
This comic definitely seems to be more on the friendship side though, so I’m perfectly happy with that!

Does Amy Rose now have a crush on Shadow the Hedgehog or is she just hugging him and hanging out with him just to show him kindness and be friendly towards him?
It's interpretational if you want to view it as a crush you can, but both myself and the artist depicted these animatics as Amy being friendly having a brother/sister like friendship with Shadow
@@CoffeeDubss Well that's how I also see it as Amy Rose being kindhearted and friendly towards Shadow, knowing that he needed it, however I see similarities of Amy Rose reminding him of his deceased friend Maria Robotnik that could possibly make him fall in love with her and Amy Rose would either accept it or reject it but only out of kindness.
@@malcolmandrews2779 That's a fair view my personal interpretation, is that Amy does remind him of Maria like you said, and well Shadow canonically views Maria as a sister so I think he'd have the same mindset towards Amy.
Regardless of whatever relationship they have we unfortunately don't get many scenes of them in the game since SEGA doesn't like Shadow interacting with a lot of characters😕
@@CoffeeDubss Well Shadow himself doesn't interact with the other characters themselves either so feelings mutual. Plus Sega want Shadow to keep his alignment of him remaining neutral that probably why they don't want him around other characters.
@@malcolmandrews2779 I know it's still a shame though especially since that Amy and Shadow scene in SA2 could have established a really interesting dynamic but like you said SEGA seem to want to keep Shadow neutral or however they want to present him lately I don't even think they know anymore XD

This isn't a shipping thing, both me and the animatic creator view their dynamic as more sibling like
It's just labeled shadamy because people who do ship them are allowed to interpret it that way. But you can view it as romantic or platonic👍
