I'm looking in Tampa/Orlando. I think things will move if they are priced appropriately. A lot of stuff coming on is still overpriced. So its not moving. Nice part is I'm not seeing prices going up anymore. Plateau phase. Going forward on homes I am going to offer less. Not paying asking. Low ball and then hopefully get a counter
Certainly no harm in trying. We just listed a $500K home this weekend and did receive multiple offers over asking. We did price aggressively for this particular scenario.
@@kriskennedyre All the properties I've looked at in the past 2 weeks (lake eola, college park, and SODO) are still on the market........Some sellers are still in fantasy land.
@@ducheau100 some are overly ambitious on prices, sometimes it’s the condition of the home, sometimes it’s poor marketing, sometimes the sellers are not very motivated to sell.
@@kriskennedyre I am so glad I sold my home in the DC area last month. I don't think I could get that now. Hopefully I can snag a good deal in Orlando in the coming months.
let's see how June will do. Mortgage rate at 6% now
No kidding
Interesting, very insightful. thanks Kris!

All those buyers walking around with pre-approved mortgage letters are toast now.
