Dear pastor wolfmueller - i wrote to you 3 years ago and you were so kind to connect me with a pastor in South Africa where i am , i cant remember if i wrote all of my testimony but i use to live as a transgender man and God has reconciled me to being a woman - i appreciate you talking about the body :)
Thanks for being a light in this dark world....We live in Minnesota and the politicians here just keep making things darker but our Hope is not in man but in Christ
But he (Jesus) said, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!" Lord help us and have mercy upon us. Amen I pray that your ministry may bring those who have lost their way back into the loving and forgiving arms of Christ. Thank you Pastor Wolfmueller.

Praise God for getting us out of bondage while making us walk in His ultimate truth! I therefore bind to hell every thought one being free by sinning against God and others whole binding one to know to be made free in Christ by forgiveness and repentance of sins in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquitances, opponents and the body of Christ, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with anyone lacking to be free of sin, in accordance with this word and galatians 5:1, 1 john 1:9, 2 corinthians 5:17, 2 chronicles 7:14, romans 12:1-2, 1 corinthians 6:18-20, 1 corinthians 7:1-6, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah, glory to God ❤!
This is so important to all of us who want to move into a condensed urban living with pure intent but it has a way of wearing on us all. First you begin despise your neighbor, think less of all humans as if a cancer ,get separated from nature become very sensitive about it and again lose sight of its durability and flexibility or our place with it. . Start having lines of thought that builds concepts ,categories and structures based on these. Many of these we are forced to navigate like it or not. Even when its not apparently wrong it gradually becomes this way without God. Without knowing our place in creation or our governance over natural systems that only we possess.
Identifying necessary & uneccassry evil in the world is such a critical thing. You can't do it alone . You can become mystified and subjugated by the most subtle and innocent persons, places and things.. Its not just sex or morality. Many things we must navigate is forced upon us by others who created such structures in vein .bad influences even with good intentions..
I am a evangelical conservative Pastor. In light of all the liberal ideology that’s prevalent I have made it my goal to go back to the foundations of the reformation. Quite a trip lol. Question I bought a Lutheran service book from Concordia. Copyright 2001 I also have one copyright 1941. Are these recommended by you? The 1941 is my choice simply because it’s complete . Thank you so much. I wrestle with lust. After my wife passed I find I still I have those desires. I don't want anybody in my life but God, but there are times when I have a great battle to avoid satisfying myself. God help me. I hate sin so badly.
@@blueskymut: why do you quote this passage? How does this in any way address this person’s question? He was married. He had already fulfilled this text.
@blueskymut yeah. I don't want to re-marry. I loved my wife, and I love God, I dont wish any contention to that. I just pray lord Jesus will walk with me in continuance as my life gets closer to existing in his arms. But thank for your prayers and concern. I really do appreciate them so very much.
The 10 commandments (especially 4 to 10) are meant to protect our neighbors. It is the way we are to treat them with love. They provide boundaries for society.
In other languages, it's translated as everything is lawful but not everything aligns. I think he meant not everything aligns with the kingdom of God, although we are forgiven, but sin will make the Holy Spirit sad, and thus you won't be 'in good terms' with the kingdom.
Western Massachusetts. *nonfunningness"?? I always heard Jean Paul Sartre as "Sart". My father had me reading His "On Being and Nothingness" when I was thirteen trying to get the religion out of me.
John 14:15 "If you love me you will keep my commandments." Salvation is not a get-out-of-jail-free card. If a faithful Christian you will desire to do what is right. We do not always achieve it which is why we have forgiveness.
What happens if your lutheran pastor has committed adultery and divorced his wife. Married the gal, he had an affair with and still preaches at the pulpit. Should I leave. Elders have said he repented so it is okay but the Synod removed his from the pastoral roster, but he is still preaching.
This is off topic probably but what do Lutherans understand about street preaching? If you have a video about street preaching, if someone could direct me to it please. Otherwise maybe it is a good topic for a video? My understanding is that street preaching is not Biblical.. Jesus never taught us to go street preach, nor harass drunks at the bar or LGBTQ at a parade. Why haven't they harassed Santa at the Santa parade? So, Jesus said "greet no one on the street" and he did not even say to go door to door. The Bible said his voice won't be heard in the streets? Paul never street preached either, he would go to the synagogues or lecture halls or whichever places like this. Places where people go on purpose, because they are interested in hearing new ideas. Am I wrong? Should we go harass random strangers and yell at people in the streets?
My opinion is Street preaching is not sinful, but it is ineffective. Good communication begins by building relationships with those you want to communicate with. Good communication is knowing your audience. Good communication means listening more than you are speaking. Street preaching does not allow for any of these basics. The Bible tells us to speak the truth in love. Show love for your ‘neighbor’ before you speak begin to speak truth.
@@BarbaraRawlins That's interesting. Paul also said that we should not judge people who are outside the church, God will judge them. All these street preachers seem to be passing judgement and condemnation. I wonder how perfect their own lives are though

It’s true that we Lutherans aren’t the “street preaching” types, and you bring up some good reasons against it. I would add the concern that a street preacher does not have a Divine call as we understand it and thus has no accountability. But… God can work where and with whom He may choose.
