wow, that brought back so many memories. My father, older brother and I built one of these about nine or ten years ago. you should build a separate support just for the nose because what happened to us was after a few weeks on display the nose, due to it's weight, began to droop. It bent so much that we eventually had to take it down or else it would have fallen. thanks for bringing back all the awesome memories.
I think it's amazing how simple yet complicated this build seems, I tried building with online instructions and my own parts, didn't ake it far, I ran out of technic!
Ah good call! It was drooping side to side as I built one half at a time, you can see the hammer in the video I used for balance. Definitely will consider another support, maybe coming from the docking bay below! Thanks!

Your shirts caught me eye. Really like the Led Zeppelin one
carnage Thanks! That Zep shirt was one of my favourites, gotta get me another one!
The Everyday Challenge I need to get some more shirts as well.
I hope they release a new version with the superior bricks they have today, less studs more smooth pieces.
SUCH A BAD ASS SET REALY WANT IT

I love this set and I have it
Awesome set for sure!
Coolio! How long did that take you?
Was the hammer there in case you got frustrated and wanted to smash the damn thing? 😂
Nice Video - did you use one single order via Bricklink or where did you get the parts from?
A seller was selling the entire set! He just didn't have the box anymore.
Consular ship at 6:17
Is there an interior?
No interior, the newer model is smaller and has a bit of a command deck interior for minifigs.
+The Everyday Challenge Ah thanks

Lepin alert Lepin alert

Jordan Biazzo Hey Jordan! It's measurements are 58.8 cm long, 50.5 cm wide and 21 cm tall.

is this to scale?!
CarsFan95 not even close
How many pieces?
+stop motion masters 3014 pieces!
:o
I thought music was cool at first I was like imerial March and then no imperial march and back
how long did it take u?
I didn't work on it everyday, maybe about 5 months. I worked on it an hour a week when I had some free time!
+The Everyday Challenge I'd expect that sort of time span for a 1/32 model kit, not a lego kit!
+Cybermat47 Me too! I really just picked away at it here and there, made for a more enjoyable build I think!
+The Everyday Challenge it was worth it to make something so epic ain't buying it to big for me i rather buy the 2014 one
No interior
Nice vid man! When u have the spare time can u check out my vids and tell me what u think? I'm new to UA-cam and just curious. Thanks! :D
+BrickBuster 1212 Cool videos! Subscribed!
why use this horrible cover music?
Lol, not my greatest musical track. Sorry, Disney copyright rules with an iron fist here on UA-cam, had to try for my own theme.
The gates of hell
I just mute it seems like all other channels like this use the same stupid dumb ass crappy music.
How long time take this to build?
I worked on it for an hour 1-2 times a week, maybe took 4 months. Was a fun build!
