That is you can hack everyone and everything and cause chaos or you can just become a digital Batman and go after all the evil-doers and abusers of the world. Like exposing sex trafficking rings and bring the authorities right to them. (which tbh would be the way I'd go in the game. I'm one of those people who go for that kind of 'good guy' route in games. Like in Dishonored I always make Low Chaos choices)
