She:
1. Didn't bow to grimm, nailsage sly and all the nailmasters
2. Hit grimm when he was bowing
3. Killed the nailsmith
4. Killed marissa
5. Killed spirits in the spirit's glade
Throw her into the volcano
makes sense to me!
I love how every person that plays hollow knight has some kind of attachment with a sub optimal charm that they base their whole combat style on, DewbiDoo loves hiveblood, and strives to take it super slow so that the charm at least heals something, And I remember being extremely aggressive with my dashes because from the second i got sharp shadow I never took it off again in the entire base game, I certainly suffered to make the adjustment in both play style and dash distance when i was forced to take it off to complete the pantheons xd
The dream gate is useful for getting back to the grey mourner. You can also destroy all the monsters before accepting the flower on the path you want to take.
Now that you have the upgraded dreamnail, You MUST try the PATH OF PAIN
It might take you a few hours but the cutseen worths it
Congrats on beating the trial of the fool AND doing the Grey Mourner's quest! those two bits were too hard for me so I gave up. Also, I'm not sure, but I think you can take one of the Delicate Flowers from the Traitor Child's grave and give it to Elderbug.
If you do the route in reverse for grey mourner you can walk back without any major enemies spawning, as long as you dont bench
Can we all agree that the dung defender is the weirdest boss in videogames? He literally throws poop at you

Love the editing, and good job on completing those tough challenges. I was very happy when you removed dreamshield and grimmchild for fog canyon, that was very smart!
You aren’t done with the story but I’d recommend fighting the final boss anyway and then continuing the story later.

If you combine the Shape Off Unn and the Rapid Focus charms you can move so much faster when healing
If you don't sit on a bench a lot of the enemies won't respawn for the flower quest
0:25 just want to let you know if you don’t kill him you can go into paint master sheio place he will be there painting and say that he has “found a new purpose in life” soooo yeah… the guilt is real
You forgot something at the grub father
Now that you have awoken dream nail, you should "revisit" the white knight near the palace grounds stag station
How I beat Delicate Flower Quest: Clear your path beforehand, and then take the delicate flower through a much less threating Crossroads. Cross down through Fog Canyon into the Queen's Gardens and to the grave of the Traitor child. If you fail, Dream Nail back to the Grey Mourner. Whatever you do, DON'T USE BENCHES. Using them will reset all the enemies you killed. I used Hiveblood for this quest, and it helped a ton.

So about the nailsmith... If you spared him he would be a happy couple with the nail art guy in queen's gardens. He could even tell you a bit about Dung Defender's friends.
Anyways,
1. The snail is Unn herself, the creator of all the green areas
2. In the room with the moth statutes, if you go on a ledge and dreamnail one, you'll get access to the Shrine of Believers, a place for backers of the game
3. The Grey Mourner was one of Dung Defender's friends
4. The awoken dreamnail lets you access that White Knight's dreams. I'd bring Hiveblood if I were you
5. If you go back to Quirel, only his nail will be there. He once said that unless you want to die, you need to have a nail near you...
6. There's a lot of these flowers on that grave now. You can give them to npc, for example Elderbug
Teensy spoiler, but it's not progression related. It's just cool :)
The room with the moth statues behind the waterfall in the Spirit's Glade has a ledge on the top left side. Standing on it lets you dreamnail the head of the big moth statue. There's nothing progression related inside! It's a secret area for people who donated to the Kickstarter campaign.
You actually didn't need to kill the godtamer, you just had to kill the beast not the ant and it would be much easier
She killed Myla and the Nailsmith in one episode. How can she be so heartless?
I havent tried the trial of fools but i think I'm probably going to do that right before i finish the game

Pls don't fight hollow knight get to white palace first and collect 2nd white fragment and find Mr. Mushroom 7 times until flies off

U could've saved the nail smith by not striking him and just leave him be
There is one final fight with grimm as a dream boss also you need to dream nail the white knight in the white palaces ruin while having a fully upgraded awakened dream nail
you just got the awakened dream nail. you should go back to the palace grounds and check it out again

Do not go to the finall boss arena, you should go to white palace first and collcet the 2nd white fragment, then go back to the finall boss, this way you will get a better and the true ending of the game
Or they can go for a normal ending first before going for the better ending.
They can get both true ending and normal, but if they do true ending first, normal will be impossible

btw other characters can actually be given the flower (not tellinf u tho)
will u after you beat the game play the game again and do the opposite choices
