@@AlwaysChangingForBetter I tried it too it failed so I just went with crochet passion twist, for some reason the hair kept separating from the wrapping which gave me a feeling that it wouldn’t last. I didn’t want to go through all that time and effort just for it to last for one week😩✨
Sis ❤️ you just helped me create the most beautiful, lightweight style for my bday trip to Jamaica 🙌🏾 thank you so much! It’s for sure taking longer than 5-6 hours for me to finish 🤣😭 but I’m still grateful to you girl!!! Sending love & peaceful energy to you ❤️
I've watched so many loc videos and been doing them on myself for about six months now, and this is the first time I've seen someone do the ends like that. I love it. My ends have been looking ratchet with glue or burning. I can't wait until I do hair again so I can do my ends like this. I'm also trying this hair and wrapping method. I've been using Jamaican twist braid. I don't know why I've been ignoring this video whenever it popped up on my recommendation until now 😂 thanks ❤️
@@brejustliving5180 it’s a bit of both cuz leaving the natural oils in your hair helps with retention that constantly washing will strip away and cause breakage. Ur how’d growing fast may be generic but retention? Nah you need some help with that
I just tried this color but in knotless braids and fell in love 🥺 so now I need locs and I never had locs before and your tutorial is the only one that’s making clear sense lol thank you
When you did the mouth thing, I knew this was the video for me because I HAVE to do that too when I do my long braids. Pray over it like food and keep goin! Amen! ❤
It’s 3:45 am… and I’m up in here in awe on how easily u did this… like so cute and ur beautiful 🥰 like imma head to the hair store in the morning and take these short juicy passion twist I did… like I can’t get over this style 😬💯💯
Thank you so much for this video. The process was incredibly smooth for me. These locs are so real looking that people have been fooled to think it’s mine! 😂
Very nice detailed tutorial. Excellent fit beginners such as myself. The final look is lovely. ❤ Thank you so much for taking the time to craft this tutorial and look. Only question - how do you undo this style ie, take it out? Lol
This is beautiful and I’m doing mine tomorrow. 3 down, 40+ to go. That hair has got to be longer than 20” though.. my anchor piece is not going nearly as far.
For my first time doing lots of any protective style with extra hair I won’t be making my own locks but I will save this video to use in the future because I love the way yours look.
Omggg eye’ve been wearing faux locs since last year & always wanted to try ombré but didn’t know how to do it & you just made it look so much easier than eye thought lol😭. Also you’re so pretty & almost look like Gabrielle Union
So so cute, I was wondering do they stick together, because pre-made locs all have a tendency to stick & together,so I figure making them with this hair would be better, thank you love your videos 1💙
My hair grow better when it's dirty. I use my teeth to hold the bottom of my long extentions. I'm just a dirty gal!🤷🏾♀️and I appreciate you for dropping all of the wealth of gems! 😘
Sis you did a beautiful job! Oooo, the length,my arms would get tired & it's harder the longer the hair. Thanks for sharing! I'll get that length when I have the paper to pay someone to do it.
New Subbie here...Amazing job! 👏🏾 I am loving this technique! Yaaasssss! This style looks amazingly fabulous & so natural on you! I love the ombre & everything! You did this...Sis! 🤩🤩
I love this! I’m going to try this for December look and it’s going to be my first time trying this. I think I can do it and your very detailed on how to do it and I’m super excited to try. Yes my hair grow more when it’s dirty 😊
@@plzmeremere41 it turned out really cute! I still have them in now. He method is super easy and the hair is so kinky you don’t have to worry about burning it just stays wrapped.
@@latifahbaptiste4962 no the hair is pretty lightweight. Plus I didn’t do mines jumbo instead of using two pieces of hair like hers I used one per braid.
See I wasn't supposed to do any locs until the Fall!! I did the ombre locs you did to your ankles (I did em to my butt...cause I just couldn't go that long), and now you do THIS and want em!! I'm gonna do my best and wait until the Fall to do these, but I'll make no promises. As always you look great Wynne, and knocked another Loc Look, outta the park! Thank you!
Where is the Amazon link for this hair?? It’s gone. I always come back to your link when I’m ready to order the hair , I do this style often but I’m no longer seeing the link anymore
I'm putting in these twists now and they are bomb!! Just absolutely beautiful! Plus they are so easy to do. Wynne, your instructions were perfect. BUT...all I keep thinking is how in the world am I going to get these out without cutting my hair in the process? Someone help, PLEASE 😩. I'll probably only keep them in for a month, but I need to prepare myself mentally for the takedown. Any tips would be SO helpful 🙏 thank you!
I LOVE THIS VIDEO! ITS THE MOST DETAILED AND REALISTIC! Do you know what the equivalent that this would be in human hair? I want to use it to make my own permanent loc extensions. I’m definitely going to wear these until I make enough locs for my full head. My friend and I just talked about that, for black people our hair grows better dirty and oily. My aunt washed my hair every 2-3 months as a child in between protective styles.
Random but girl so I recreated a faux loc look you did a while back where you had the two bang pieces in the front out and it came out so cute now I want to do all my distressed protective styles like that
This is honestly the most realistic faux loc tutorial I could find. Thank you!!!
It’s all about the hair texture giiiirl I have the exact same on my head and it’s rocking 😘
Girl!! I thought the same!!
Yes!
Hey guys I was able to ask her on insta - she has 49 locs in and it took her 5/6 hours 🥰✨
