Does it matter? He's not using it, it's dying - Chase never asked him to just hand the thing over, he offered a TON of money for it. You might be right, but I'm more inclined to believe he just wants to keep it to be able to have something over her. He wants it because SHE wants it, and BECAUSE she wants it he'll never give it to her. It's a petty move. If you've ever been in a toxic relationship, had a toxic ex, or pretty much just ever dealt with toxic people in general it's pretty easy to see what he's doing.
And also, considering he never paid her for any of the work she did with him on that channel I'd say she's more than entitled to it. If she wants it, why not just give it to her?
