How long before your arrival in Israel did you actually apply for your dorm room? I might get the chance to write my Msc thesis at TAU. Depending on the fact if I get my scholarship granted, I might have to plan on kinda short notice.
Also, thanks for your vids on university life at TAU, I consider them very insightful!

You can apply for dorms as soon as you get acceptance letter from the University. I can’t say how long will it take to get a room in Broshim. They go according to the waiting list.

Hi, do people of the same programme together live in a building ? Or do you live together with other first year students when you are in your first year?

Yes, the dorms management will randomly allot rooms on the basis of availability. There is no such thing that the first yr will/will not leave in same building. Also, there is a separate dormitories for the students who are in bachelor degree, which is Einstein dorms.
