My routine ....... yeah..... Start my day :- around 6:20 am Get ready qnd and go to school:- 7:30 am Come back from school:- 2:50 pm.... Online coaching :- 4pm to 8pm Self study + schl homework:- 8:30 pm to 10: 30..... Self study session 2 +coaching hw :-11 pm to 1am.... And finally i 😴..........thats my routine....
Pretty long comment where I'm planning this morning routine while being deeply _honest_ to myself x) I kind of feel confident I would succeed now that I written this publicly. You don't have to read this long thing xD But I'll make an update tomorrow if I managed to do it, and also some more updates for a few weeks to force me to get the habit. (I read somewhere that taking an habit takes roughly a month to be considered a success) I'm currently living the last weeks of my high school, and as I want to do pretty hard studies afterwards to go to pretigious schools and try one day to do my dream job (which is, pretty much a dream in a corner of my mind, but I will try it in the future !), it's been a while I thought of changing my habits. So long in fact, but I never did it. Unfortunately, I got my phone stolen a few days ago. Fortunately, I took it as an opportunity to stop being on my phone all the time, doomscrolling and everything. Anyways, I'm definitely going to do this. Right now it's 10:11pm where I live, I'm starting school at 8am tomorrow, so I would normally set my alarm to 7am try to sleep up to 7:30am or even later, get ready in a rush, and basically run to catch the subway ^^' I should theoretically wake up at 7am for this routine, but let's actually wake up a few minutes _before_ 7am (would give me a feeling of achievement). Okay, so... to get a nice 8 hours sleep, I should go to sleep a few minutes before 11pm, substracting 30 minutes : 10:30pm. Hm, actually it's 10:16... I would have liked to remind myself of what we learned during the last class of "Mathematics (Expert)" I attended a few weeks ago, but I definitely know I wouldn't have actually done it and just delayed it until I was too sleepy to work and left with barely 6 hours of sleep. Let's set this as my task for tomorrow's morning instead. It definitely shouldn't take more than 20 minutes anyways. I would actually lost some sleep time if I do the "journalling" thing right now, so I'm gonna start tomorrow (I actually want to.) Alright. Let's get my schoolbag ready for tomorrow and go to sleep. 👀

I used to do that visualizing thing during 5th and 6th grade. But instead I would fall asleep while visualizing my entire day after school me studying( it made me fall asleep faster) also I felt so guilty I'd I didn't do smtg I said I would so to avoid that I would always do that I don't know why I stopped

Idk man, a lot of content creators can be a lot more obnoxious than this, I don't have anything against that but a lot of videos are kind of really "too much energy " memes every other minute, many self depreciating jokes mixed in and stuff. You can't really blame them either, a lot of people don't watch straight to the point videos and they make what gets them views. I'm just trying to say I get where you're coming from, but his video is definitely far from the worst offender in this kind of thing. He seems like he's actually trying to help and nothing wrong with expanding on his own points.
