For me the problem was the white screen and it kept restarting forever. My solution was to use the hair dryer on hot for a minute or two on the back of the phone, and then it turned on, but as soon as it cooled down it turned off again. It is necessary to reball the phone, but I don't know if it solves the problem.
Mine actually has been revived and it worked for about 10 minutes and after that it goes whitescreen again and proceeds to turned off. Although I was hoping for it to be alive for like a day so that I can retrieve the files in it, I just have to accept that its gone now.

@@aritrahomroy-sj9mw in my case and my tons of friends, there was no issue with the motherboard but with some kind of problem where the bolts melts and joins together and results in no response from the device. That's why to repair it, go to your nearest mi store or stores where mi phones can be made. They will charge less ( Nepali rupees 2500) you can convert this currency to yours, which i think will be less to yours as well.
