You should ditch the microwave if you’re concerned about your health which it seems to me that you are. Microwaves destroy the food nutrition. They also emit radiation
true! It is really about not overheating the plastic~
@@MsMinglifestyle well it changes the molecular structure of food and the body can’t assimilate it. It degrades the food. There are no nutrients left in the good once it is microwaved
Straight up lies... Microwaves preserve more nutrition than allot of other cooking methods because you cook it a shorter time than for example the oven...
The radiation that microwaves use are non ionizing radiation, and the only type of non ionizing radiation that is dangers is UV rays... So i hope you NEVER go out in the sun...
Stop spreading lies, and educate yourself....
@@MsMinglifestyle Don’t hesitate to do your own reading about microwaves. Exposing food to ANY heat (including the oven) will destroy certain parts of nutrition in food. Yes, they emit “radiation” but it is non-ionizing and SAFE. Dont’ give up your microwave all together just because one person on the internet thinks you should. Love your content! ❤
