To be honest except for malls and talking pictures outside attractions such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai frame etc. there’s not many big attractions which are free to do. Even for a child most places will have an entry fee. You can watch the Dubai playlist on my channel where I cover budget places which Indian tourist will like such as bur Dubai, gold souk, old Dubai and malls. They are free to enter activities. Pls check that playlist you will find it useful.
