Only recommendation I'd have is to raise those monitors - currently your eyeline is well above the top of the monitor so you'll be straining your neck to look down at the screen! Your eye level should be about 2 thirds of the way up the screen. It would even help to have them on arms that can adjust vertically so you can move the monitor higher up when using the desk standing up
I write this with zero actual jealousy: YOU are living MY best life! Watching this journey - from almost the beginning - i can't help but remember my day dreams as a young person back in the 1970s. No UA-cam, and no constitutional hustle to make anything happen... but my daydreams then were very close to your reality now! I'm way too old and tired to live this way, but it does my soul good to watch a good person doing it, and bringing us along for the ride! Thank you for what you do. It means more to some of us than you could possibly know!
The new lights bring another hugh bonus: those LEDs aren´t toxic! Those florecent tube (Compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs)) contain small amounts of mercury and this is released if they break.
I've been watching every video for almost 3 years now. I find motivation for doing my own art and projects in these videos, and am happy to see TenHun be so successful. Definitely going to hit up the sale, can't wait for him to put socks on there, if ever.

Great job! When sanding drywall there’s an attachment you can put on your wet dry vacuum that sands and sucks the dust. It’s inexpensive at Ace Hardware. There’s a lot less dust. I’ve been doing construction since I was 11 with my dad. I wish we had the drywall hanger for the ceiling we had to hold them up ourselves while my dad screwed them in.

yo Peter, the flickering lights in the merch room you mentioned occurs because the fluorescence on the lights is in sync with your camera’s FPS. adjusting your footage by raising or lowering frame rate can fix while filming, and it can be fixed in editing with a few techniques too!
This is awesome buddy, congratulations on everything. One thing id recommended is getting some sprinkler systems set up if the building doesn't have it. Older buildings man, im just worried about ya bro. Always be a step ahead. God bless you guys. I wish i lived closer, im a contractor and would have helped for free just to get to see this place. I recommended getting a paint sprayer too lol, you'll freakin love it. The one with the wand, not the hand held can type ones. Stay safe bud and you deserve it. Hey Peter. I have a cool idea for you. Since the background in the photobooth is hung with cleats, it should be really easy to swap out. You should invite visiting artists to paint a background. Then you will end up with a cool collection, and people who use it can easily pick a background for their pictures!

I have worked a lot in archives and stockrooms when I was younger and I thought I couldn't care about it one bit; they were just good summer jobs or weekend jobs... But seeing that merch room... Damn, guess I do care about well designed and made storage rooms! Great work
The evolution of TenHun's production quality is crazy. Not that he didn't make high quality videos in years past, but the scale of the videos now is insane.
Now you have your merchandise storage room , your going to have to have a merchandise display room . Front of house to show off your stock , like walking in to 10hun headquaters and this is what we do. Its not a odd concept, anywhere that sells their product will have a show room as part of the foyer .

I really like that you guys bulk buy and ship stuff yourself. I've bought a lot of merch from UA-camrs/Streamers and yours along with Ray Narvaez Jr.'s FrameRate Merch (who uses a system like yours) are two of the shops I've used that offer the highest quality. Really wish more people would follow suit because there are some out there with awesome designs, but on really crappy shirts/hoodies which just makes me not want to buy or wear their gear.

I'm little bit concerned that u don't have enough natural light in the main area u may create some celeing openings to allow natural light and it also creates a feeling of relief and not strangle that u are not in a big warehouse for a very long time , just an idea , anyways very impressive work💪💪💪💪
