Great video GT...i fill up Solo cups with FFHF drop seeds rite in 3 to 5 days with dome on them we have seedlings popping.. once again your a awesome teacher
popping 6 critical kush right now followed ur steps from day one zero issues 🤙 Best teacher iv ever had thanks for all ur work🤟 yall need to listen to this man!!
I have to say Kevin Smith looks really healthy and young. I am happy for him for reaching a healthy weight. He has so much energy and looks very happy.
nope lol my problems are to cold and to high a RH and that is really funny cause i live in australia and it's meant to be hot and dry this time of year
lol the only time I had no trouble was when I geminated directly into rockwool. No soak nothing. Tip down, squeeze shut, Never lost a seed since. Even ones that are years old.
What about using something other than the cubes as a "sacrificial media", say like 'Ferry Morse seed starting mix' which you can get a bag at a hardware store or online for like $8? And then only use the cubes for the seeds themselves.
Do you ever manually pull of seed cover on troublesome seedlings? 24 hour seed soak or straight into the medium and water? I tend to use a 100 watt full spectrum led dimmed as low as possible hung 24 inches from my seedlings in order to acclimate them to the LED's. I found when I used a low watt house-light or Florescent bulbs it seems like they would struggle once I got them under my LED's. Great info sir.
question for all you experts, i bought seed, all meant to be the same but i got indica and sativa, the tricomes on the indica are much bigger than the sativa so what is better, big tricobes or small or does not really matter?.
It depends. In general, you can remove the dome as soon as all your seedlings have broken ground. If you're growing somewhere with very low ambient relative humidity, you can keep the dome on so your plugs won't dry out as fast. I'm in New England...in the summer, the dome comes off when the seeds pop. In winter, when the RH can be in the teens, I keep the dome on until the plants grow out of it.
I just found out about you today, I seen you on Mr grow it.l0l. Probably old but I'm new to growing. So everything's new. I love your style of growing bro. Finally someone who thinks like me! L0l. I wanted to say to,im from ohio, your subs are probably going up cause buds legal in Ohio now l0l. I'm so excited I got everything I need except a light but I'm getting there. Your my new favorite one to learn from. Thanks brother.

burpee self watering green house kit, coco coir works great. Thanks for all the helpful videos.
GT thank you for being knowledgeable and being able to explain things in a simple way!
You know as soon as the camera went off GT picked up that paper on the ground. Lol
you could just fill the other 44 tray spots with peat moss and save yourself a ton of money.
Thanks for the info. My seedlings thank you for saving them 😅
I use burpee self watering seed starter with coco no little plug that doesn’t even compost
Just got my package today. Thanks GT
I am in a garage that gets cold and I use a heat mat. But I use it to keep up the temp in a 2x2. I don't sit the seed try on it

Only time I have trouble with seedlings is when I use rockwool or peat pods or root riot

Peat pots defy physics by sucking AND blowing at the same time. Either too dry or too wet.

Hi when you mention mag/sulphur is this pk (koolbloom) ?
Thanks in advance 😎👌
U could just get a smaller tray
Wooo what’s up mate

indica genetics have larger tricomb heads on them, as opposed to their sativa counter parts which are smaller heads..
the only thing ive noticed a difference with, is the different sized micron screens when extracting for hash...
sativa: secretes resin into hairs
indica: produces heads that store resin
That was fun
Oh snaps
Woooo
"We doing it live"
Solo lighting?
Hey GT, You didn't mention when to remove the dome during the seedling stage.
It depends. In general, you can remove the dome as soon as all your seedlings have broken ground. Why is my seedlings grow to tall so fast that they tip over. need help to stand.
Wooooooooooo
Does P.F.G. Have a super squat bushy short pheno? Like super sturdy and healthy but short as hell?
Um, asking for a friend.
There's Afghani in there a few generations back, and the current PFGs are second generation, so it's not surprising.

Wasteful as hell. Just use a sponge. Geez.
Works for humidity but not keeping the temp correct
He’s late
