Chatot can make literally any sound it has heard. Meaning anything voice related would huge advantage. This means singing would be amazing.

When I saw your character, I thought it was gonna be a cute superhero... boy was I wrong
Poor Charlie. He almost dies several times, gets pickpocketed, saddled with a couple of murder hobos as the most vocal 'good guy' of the party, and in general has a pretty bad time. And its still one of the best days of his life because he got three (3) compliments, a half a donut, and money (Even if he immediately got it stolen)

When I first heard Noble was doing a Pokemon DnD campaign, I was expecting something similar to TheLoadingCrews where the players are trainers catching Pokemon.
But, honestly, this makes way more since. Especially is this is Noble's first time being DM.
Theloadingcrew actually do have a pokemon dungeon campaign going run by megami with stewart playing as a character and somewhat helping her gm

Noble, i absolutely love seeing your facial reactions this whole stream. As an actual dm who deals with almost everything, your facial reactions heavily represent half of what we go through. Like its so obvious when you see your party wants to use excessive force, try to commit mass murder for the sake of achieving the goal, or even something as simple as bartering. seeing your reaction of everything is fine to "what the fuck is wrong with you guys" is beautiful
I really like how Rustage is able to bring his understanding of music to the table when making analogies. Really helps me understand what he's talking about much better than if he were to just say "it sounded bad".
This whole "franchises you love in DnD" has been the best thing to come from Covid.

I mean I would say the start is a catching moment. The fact that it all starts in a town where Weedle and Caterpie people are having a sort of gang war is both hilariously wacky. And we got this Raticate mob boss using Rattata as a meat shield. Like jesus, this will be interesting to see for sure.
Does also lead to some interesting questions for some certain pokemon. Like trade evolutions, the evolutions that need to happen by trading with certain pokemon, or a case like Nincada. Wonder how the people and explanation for those things would happen?
I have to assume that Nincada just sheds, turns into Ninjask and the shell just gets up and becomes Shedinja

There are a few tabletop systems for that. Notably PTU comes to mind. Honestly that what I thought at first too but sorta mystery dungeon stuff is great too!
