Great compilation, grandiose landscape. I was lucky enough to have been to Greenland twice, once in winter, Tasiilaq not far from Kuummiut. Did ski tours there. Certainly not the last time in Greenland! These were my impressions: ua-cam.com/video/siejfiUrTMk/v-deo.html Fantastisk samling, storslået landskab. Jeg var så heldig at have været i Grønland to gange, en gang om vinteren, Tasiilaq ikke langt fra Kuummiut. Gik på skiture der. Bestemt ikke sidste gang i Grönland!
Excuse me, but what the heck do you do there all winter long (very VERY long)? How do you make money or pay for anything? How often do supplies come in? Is there a corner store? How do they get anything to eat besides whale blubber? Emergency medical needs? Or do you just die and they put you out to freeze solid until spring? Never the less,....I'd still love to go to Greenland. Even in winter.
Winter is a good time for travelling, hunting and fishing through the sea ice. There is a store, school, medical centre and community service house. Local people are resilient and self reliant.
Nice little education, on this village ... Thanks 🙂
Beautiful life with harsh cold
This is a very nice video and some pics could be on Christmas card's😊😌🥶🥶🥶🥶
I love how everybody hangs out theirs clothes to dry even in the winter.
Seems like your clothes would dry faster inside. Must be kinda hard to put on stiff frozen underwear or pants.
Thank goodness I went to Greenland in the summer
I actually didn't know very many people live in eastern Greenland, compared to western Greenland.

Thank you for sharing your Tassilaq video. Great photography in an amazing landscape. Looks like you had a piteraq too.
@@chrissugden123 Yes I think so to, with the piteraq!
Definitely a place to visit in summer! Lol
Still cold....
fantastic
What they are eating durring the nad weather? Whar kind of job they have?
Fishing and hunting in the sea are the mainstay. It is generally too dangerous to travel during a piterak.
Song title and artist of this song?
It's right there in the video description. Read.

Good choice of music. Probably the only decent track from The Armed Man worth listening to in my opinion. Jenkins' Stabat Mater is much better.
fake, it becomes much more darker in winter.
you talk about north greenland
