    $4.2m to live in Deepwell? However striking this house is, it isn’t mid-century, it’s really a totally rebuilt 1970s house. Mid Century Modern (with a capital M) is a specific period and a set architectural style - it’s the European Modernism School built between the late 40s and mid 60s. This house was late 20th century but it’s been so rebuilt it’s essentially a new house.

    I really don’t see the 4.2 in this house at all ….. maybe 900k person definitely trying to triple their profit
