That's a solid question. Truthfully, I don't know how the delta difference between the two. I originally got the jog forks to replace a trailing link suspension on a jog clone. If you want, I can get you any dimensions. I'm planning on doing another video for the installation of the jog forks too.

What is the different of long travel vs short travel.?
How much shorter is the dio spring from the jog 1? Im trying to lower my jog forks more.
