Hey there... unfortunately I no longer work for Cisco as I moved to Microsoft just over 2 years ago. However, you may find this setup guide useful. Let me know if this worked.. all the best! If you have the video phone and jabber installed on the computer, do you need a computer camera in order to see you or anyone else on the computer screen?
+Mike Oxbigg oops, sorry for completely missing your question. :/ You can run jabber without a webcam and use all the advanced features (less video of course). You would be able to see all those using the video features. Hope this answered your question. If not.. do let me know.
