150g Active Starter
325g filtered water
340g bread flour
160g whole wheat flour
30g avocado oil
40g honey
10g salt
This recipe is adapted from Baker Bettie and changed with my preferred method.

I would recommend adding more flour. She mentioned in the video different humidity conditions where you live can affect rising time, and the same can be for how much flour you need. In the same way she gave signs your dough is ready for the next stage and not just strict rising times, you may want to add flour in increments until your dough looks similar to hers.
mine was also soft, probably due to the flour... next time I make it I'll add 300g of water.
