I turned 20 in May and I do. It's good for a max of 4-5 years with a game like overwatch.. after that, you're done, on the streets of twitch hoping to get 100 consistent viewers. Few even make it 2 and a half years in OWL. Its not even considered a 'career' so idk why people use the word retirement.

I don't think they are prepared or coached for that interview. They are professional gamer they face camera or interviews in many occasions and the one thing in most of gamer or sportsperson is that they are self aware, energetic and full of confidence. What you expect from them?

And considering eSports leagues are quickly growing in popularity it makes sense to capitalize on it by bringing them on to y’all about since people (especially in the teen to young adult demographic) would be interested in seeing interviews with eSports players and UA-camrs

Just coming back to this. I worked for Selfless Overwatch -- Which is what this game they're talking about is, Overwatch. I was the person in Selfless Gaming to invite him to our junior squad before this pro team. God dam I'm so proud Sinatraa won all that, he was so good.

@Blade Vizor How is he not the face of gaming? Fortnite has some of the best professional gamers in the world, a lot of them quite young. Mongraal, Mrsavage, Benji Fish, mitro. Not to mention all the good players that haven't went competitve. Ninja has always been good at games and he's always loved fortnite, especially considering it's his best game. Ninja is a perfect role model and a tally encourages kids to be educated before going into gaming, these 2 just say jump right into it. They haven't been doing it enough to get it but ninja is going on 10 years straight of this grind.

Pretty obvious they both had training from media handlers and rehearsed, learnt their answers by heart, but still, glad to see them reach such a high point in term of media representation!
You realize these shows have researsals and sometimes even reshoots, right?
Everyone does, there's not a single show that doesn't give you the script for you to at least have a little information before you shoot
both of them are high profile players that have been in front of the camera before doing blind interviews where they were not aware of the questions beforehand, so with a little prep of course they are going to nail it. these arent just random kids who play video games, they are literally professionals.

Surprised at how articulate and well spoken they are compared to their streams.
