1. They are in air-tight containers
2. Do not use wet hands.
3. Do not keep the fridge door open for a long time.

Never put raw tomatoes in the refrigerator, They will they will loose their flavor overnight. It's ok once they are cooked in a dish. Besides this, your organization is much better than mine and I appreciate your good tips.

Glass container can stand freezer temperature and not cracked?

Liquids in glass bottles kept in the freezer may crack, due to the liquid expansion on freezing. But I've put only spices and powders. So no problem.
