There is no video on youtube for what i need to learn. Obd1 alternator has a large wire that goes to the positive side of the battery then there is the the 3 wire plug on the back of the alternator , what do these 3 wires go to and what do they do. I am completely building all my cars wiring from scratch except for the full fueltech dash and A engine harness. I got all that done. Maybe some day someone will make a detailed video

I know this video is old but ur if ever chasing a ground issue and wanna verify quickly, grab some jumper cables and put red and black both on the ground side of the battery, and the other red and black on the engine and trans, just using the cables as temporary clamp on grounds
Yo quick qestion i have 05 charge harness and i have 05 k24a2 motor in 2000 ek hatch can i use my 05 tsc charge harness in motor or i just to make them.longer or i have tk otber one type s one ???
Noob question If your changing from oem charge harness to after market do we just disconnect it from the engine harness ?

Where you get the distribution block that you used
What about running a wire from the fuse box to the alternator, then run the second wire to the distribution block. Run starter wire from distribution block.
