I stopped gaming but not by choice, I'm not old enough to get my own job, and my older brother sold my GOD DAMN PS4 and I literally crave video games all the time, and I watched this video to see if I could understand these things and tbh almost all of these things have happened to me. Honestly I used to play games at least like 4 hours a day and then I stopped, mainly cuz I had to focus on other things. I found other hobbies, so I was still pretty happy, but for sure, my coordination DROPPED, I was MORE stressed, my socially outgoing personality just STOPPED and I found it harder to understand things at school. Contrary to the popular opinion (from parents) that games drop grades, actually my grades stayed the same after I stopped, if anything my grades dropped. I'm definitely gonna get back into it soon to see what happens, I really hope something happens. Thank you for listening to my TED talk

If you apply num 8, you could slightly reduce your weekend gaming hours, roleplay your own character in the real world. But, of course, it won't be easy in big cities with too many people and laws. The countryside and rural areas is the best for num 8
