ABOUT GOOD GIRLS
When we last saw Beth, she had just shot Rio as he was beating up Agent Turner. Now that he's out of the picture, she's ready to run the game and stay in control. The women take on seemingly innocent jobs - Beth in a stationary store, Ruby in a nail salon and Annie as a valet - each with a special purpose to aid them in their new criminal enterprise. What happens as they expand their operation will have a ripple effect with their families. Meanwhile, Stan's taken a job in security at a strip club and Dean is working sales at a spa company. From Executive Producer Jenna Bans ("Grey's Anatomy," "Scandal") comes the third season of this comedy-infused drama that mixes a little "Thelma & Louise" with a bit of "Breaking Bad." I love how Rio just loses control. He flirts with Beth all the time, but he is never sexually aggressive (besides the bathroom scene). He’s attracted to her but he’s very stoic also. It’s sexy to see his raw, sexy side.
He lets her take the lead.Probably a turn on for him.
I noticed that, apart from the fact that Rio is objectively a bad person and a violent man, he’s very respectful of Beth’s boundaries when it comes to their emotional relationship. Like obviously he’s shoved a gun in her face before when she was being difficult as a business partner, but whenever they get more into the emotional mood… he always waits for her to take the lead and make a move first. The three times they hooked up, it was because she initiated it, and he went along with it. So I feel like he’s very much wanting to be with her, but also afraid or at least not used to showing that level of vulnerability with anyone so that’s also why he’s always trying not to show it until she makes it real

Acting is one tough job,not everyone can interpret scripts to the fullest capacity (face,hand,body) gestures done well makes it so much better and these two know what's up✌

it's just an acting choice, it could have came from the actor or director or talked about during rehearsal.. I feel like classifying this as improvisation is a bit of a stretch
Danica Cidosa Manny improvises a lot on these script to screen. All of them do if you actually follow them closely. Just like the keys to the kingdom one he improvised on that as well
@@nikkic5538 These are acting choices, not improvisations.. I don't recall this key one, but creating new dialogue, going on a different direction from the script, that's improvising. Adding on little things to the scene and character is literally the actor's job.
Danica Cidosa the actors “job” as you put it is to speak what is on the script not to add or take anything away from it. This is improvised even the definition of it is what they did on screen. Is what it is. Anything that veers away from what is on that paper is improvised... ie: Beth kissing Rio instead of him kissing her. 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ so we can just agree to disagree no biggie 🤷🏽♀️

Just finished season 3. There some good moments but overall it sucks. The worst part is Annie and her psychologist. I mean, they have zero chemistry, zero and they have too much screen time. Boring as hell. Ruby is once again the main target of the FBI, again. Why her? Seriously. Beth is embarrassing, pathetic even. Why can’t she just seduce Rio, instead of trying and failing to kill him. And where is Rio? You give more screen time to the boring psychologist and his fiancé.

Funny about this series is that Rio never hit her nor cursed at her even if she tried to kill him and put him to jail. I think the first time he went at Beth's and even taught her kids math, he already was attracted to her. Remember Rio didn't have a mom, he was raised by his big boss his grandma and Rio had witnessed Beth being a good mom to her kids, even wanting to have a paternity tests Bec he really wanted to have a stronger reason for him to keep her.

True he knew he was in love and lost control which is what I think hurt him most when she dumped him after.
She did take control but he went in for it with his open heart and you could tell he wanted to rip off their clothes but let her take charge so he held back .
