Looking forward to seeing this fly. The thrust line could give you some nasty pitch down on sudden throttle movements. I think you would need to be quite gentle on the throttle (especially at launch) I would set launch to 1/2 - 3/4 throttle and a really hard throw up at 40-45° to make up for the loss of static thrust from the EDF.
