I never find max gear mods especially offensive and defensive mods anywhere in this game. Not in countdown, not in summit,i have never seen one in vendors.I don't understand how youtubers get these Maxed out gear mods

Summit drops good max rolls on Heroic when you're teamed up. And Tidal Basin legendary.
I kinda agree. I've NEVER found a max critical hit damage or elite protection and I'm level 818.
Though I do have one max critical hit chance and several max headshot damage.
It usually happens from those special boxes in countdown.I got a max crit damage gear mod from reactor.

I dig Adrenaline Rush on the Matador. I need better rolls. Is it only in the DZ? I have tried named caches to no avail
You can also get the matador bp from legacy caches. I got my god rolls from them

you can reroll one item and optimize everything

Recalibrating exotics will change that 3rd attribute. It's still RNG so you will often times have to reroll several times to get what you
Why can't the side arms be rolled
they can you need to have the rolls first in your library
