But the real question we should be asking if Giorno is the “son” of DIO than how come Gold Experience (or Golden Wind to avoid lawsuits) doesn’t also pose the ability to stop time like THE WORLD

Its not New Moon Pucci. Its the original ASB Pucci. That version uses all three of Pucci's stands, unlike New Moon from EOH. He's also not part of the DLC pass. He's a free character you get separately.

Stands are based on personality and a strong sense of self so dio and jotaro will ofcourse have combat experience and be able to topple diego. Diego hadn't been through dios trials so the development of his stand wouldn't be as advanced as dios. Had it been then yes it could do the muda rush
