I was expecting for Richie to keep playing the 12 string and let Orianthi take the solo.
I know other opinions are available but I think Richie and Ori was a great duo

Thanks, that Musicians Institute Show was an incredible night of music! And yes it is unfortunate how the anonymity of the internet frequently brings out the worse in people.

***** Yes,myself & Ori have greek roots and are proud of our heritage,she's actually named after her greek grandmother.Btw,if you watch some videos with A.Cooper or the jam she did with Satriani,Vai,D.Zappa & Tony MacAlpine in 2011,you can tell she's holding back a lot.I've watched many of the live videos from their tour in Europe and everytime he let's her play a solo,she totally steals the show & makes him look almost like an amateur.Many people actually say she's wasting her skills & talent,beeing ''second fiddle'' for him & playing Bon Jovi covers,instead of pushing on her solo carreer.(her last solo-cd ''Heaven in this Hell'' is great,check it out)I'm starting to think that these people have maybe a point.Sorry for the late reply,Google+ has completely messed up my notifications,take care. :)

+David Bowater Dude please. I grew up on Richie Sambora. Love the stuff he did with Bon Jovi and his solo stuff. But at this point, with where his career is, he is lucky to have someone of her talent on the stage with him. He needs her there because he doesn't play half the crap he used to on stage. To busy trying badly to be a front man.
I looooooove Richie Sambora, and she's a good musician, but I don't like the way this song came out. I think they should rehearse a bit more if they're going on tour together. This doesn't sound good

Sambora has written some great songs. He even teaches some of them them to Orianthi.

Well, it ain't Bon Jovi. The combo of vocal talent between Jon & Richie can never be compared to with Richie & Orianthi(whatever). God brought Jon and Rich together for a reason and the angels weep when their apart.
Is Orianthi his doughter? I was sure he left Bon Jovi to spend time with his doughter.
