Sad part is, our justice system is so broken that literally depending on which state you live in in the United States of America~ hypothetically if you are discovered to be wrongly convicted(& that is a HUGE RARITY)it has only really happened in DNA cases where they end up finding THE ACTUAL KILLER; but I’m telling you it’s freaking rare, again… our justice system is F’d. The higher ups (from the the detectives/ prosecutors/THE FREAKIN’ JUDGE/etc, they don’t want to look bad/wrong/etc, they don’t want to face any fallback for their disgusting lies and tactics so they fight it tooth and nail. But in any event, depending on what state you live in, if you somehow buy a miracle or in that .001% that actually are found innocent you don’t get a penny! Men who’ve done 30/40/50+ years do not receive 1cent, simply because they live in a state that does not provide compensation. That is insane to me‼️These people lives were DESTROYED! They’re raped they’re known as child predators, rapist imagine every single night imagine the pain their family went through, and they don’t one penny for their lives being destroyed.

When I was 16 I was placed in a drug rehab center even though I wasn't doing drugs. It didn't matter how many times I would say I didn't do them, and they made it clear that there was no going home as long as I was in "denial". I started "confessing" to my drug use. All lies. So I absolutely understand how this can happen to someone. There is absolute terror when you are held against your will and told that your answers are not the ones that will lead to your freedom. "Play the game" you think. I feel so bad for him. When the judgement came down and his face dropped in such grief, it broke my heart.

That's awful! Why were you ever placed there to begin with?

Sadly too many people don't understand this. They think the cops are on their side when in reality they're there to get you to confess.

What slime balls. Interrogators should not be allowed to lie under any circumstances. It’s outrageous!

So sad that the guy didn’t have a lawyer. Police wouldn’t quit until he confessed

If you’re guilty, don’t talk to cops.
If you’re innocent, don’t talk to cops.
They simply can’t be trusted, and that’s sad.

Detectives badgering a suspect hour after hour till till they get a confession is NOT stranger then fiction. Don’t make up plot line up that’s incredible? Sadly we seen this happen far too many times. It’s not strange and it’s not fiction. Stranger then Fiction would be an interview with Detectives who did this. Always retired or won’t do interview and NEVER face any kind of discipline for their actions. Detectives just owning up to what they did would be Stranger then Fiction.

His first attorney was/is TOTALLY incompetent!!! HE should have watched all 60 hours of the interrogation! ANYONE with a modicum amount of common sense and rationale can see he was coerced.

Law enforcement is not there to help especially in this case but with that said just like the man Chris said was the killer, why didn’t Chris know to shut the hell up and get an attorney! Why keep going on and on. He is no killer but a smart person he is not.

Leo dasmarinas maybe they were referring to the mainstream media having a stronghold on what they want the public to think about, though it's probably a typo. Maybe Tyler will clarify that, we'll just have to wait in suspense..
