    Namaskaram..
I attended women’s 21 day sadhana retreat ISHA USA TN July 2021, I was the oldest (66) out of 70 women with the most beautiful vibes. It was my first time visit & my first time doing Yoga other than Inner Engineering.. I went open minded & willing.. I learned and experience so much not only the Sadhana also spiritually… I found through the yogasanas that I was able to do more than I thought with my body & my posture is so much better..The extra Blessings was Sadhguru was there In the Lap of the Master also being in his presence several times at the Adiyogi & watching him ride his motorcycle by me… Thank you for sharing your experiences & keeping it real 🥰🧘🏽‍♀️🌻🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️

Beautiful!! The way you were talking, your personality came through for everyone to see. Very honest and very transparent. And most importantly, removed the misunderstandings and insecurity for many of us in learning yoga. I consider myself as a fat person and I am was worried that if I go to yoga, all the people will be slim and they will be laughing at me not only because I am fat, but also because I am really not flexible. From your video, I am getting the courage to try and learn the asanas. To be honest, I don't know where I will fit the practice, because I am doing many other practices which take almost one hour everyday. At the same time, this is what I wanted. To grow each and everyday in spiritual practices. And the remaining things will be automatically be taken care of. Thanks for another wonderful video and god bless!!

We are all connected to Sun and moon energy and you can feel that. As a female who has more feminine energy, I am more in alignment with the moon energy and with different phases of the moon, my energy tends to change as well. So it's that balance between both the elements present in us. 💜

Balancing of sun and moon which is situated in human body . Pingala Nadi / suryanadi ( ha ) and ida Nadi /chandranadi ( tha ) . Ha + tha = Hatha yoga = union of this two aspects . When they balance pran vayu start flowing through sushumna Nadi which also called bramhnadi which gives true knowledge and union ( yoga ) of jivatmma ( soul ) and paramatma ( god) .
Through this sadhaka get true knowledge about his own true nature and also knowledge about prakriti . Without knowledge (Gyan ) there is no yoga . Without yoga there is no knowledge ( Gyan ) . Gyan and yoga simultaneously exists .

Cant wait to start Angamardana again and even though I was doing Angamardanan, I got a new level of flexibility from Surya Kriya, jus with 7 days!

Balancing sun and moon means Balancing masculine and feminine energy within u. Sun represents masculine and moon present feminine energy. A spiritual awaken person has to Balancing these so with combination of these 2 energies 3rd energy can arisen and i.e. divine energy. Well feminine energy flows through Ida nadi and masculine flows through pingla nadi. And divine energy flows through sushmana nadi. Also called as kundalini.

The only Hata I am doing is the surya shakti we learned in the Shoonya class. I want to take the Yogasanaclass, but they haven't had many at III this year here in the US. The one class that I might have been able to go to booked up almost 3 months before the class is scheduled. I wasn't sure if I would be able to make it so far out since my Mother-in-law had cancer. Yogasanas is the Hata class I really want to learn, and I also want to take Samyama when it becomes available again, though I need to get the BSP program first, once it is available again. BSP and Samayama has not been available in the US since the pandemic began. It is understandable considering what might happen in the program to some people, that it is not really safe until the pandemic is over, but that in and of itself does not stop the longing to want to get the programs. No choice but to work on patience for now. ;)

    Namaskaram akka,
Its nice to hear you learned yogasanas, but akka what i experienced is angmardana help you the most to develop flexibility, stretchability. As Shakti chalana, shaambhavi, shoonya prepare you mentally even after doing surya kriya (it will really energizes you from inside) what i noticed that all these things are interelated as my sadhna goes intense. What i realize is akka at least six months practice must be needed before samyama. After that we can really sit for samyama without any torture😄otherwise it hurts while sitting. What i want to say is you can easily attain dharna & state of samadhi.
Lets hope see you in samyama, can't talk in samyama. So 🤔only C u 😁

    Hello 🙏🏻,
Will you please answer my question:-
Recently I started to sit in ardhasiddhasana, after sitting with closed eyes about 30minutes later my lower back tends to sink down as if making a huge curve in lower spine,I am used to sitting in padmasana spine is always perfectly errect, even in vajrasana spine perfectly errect,I don't know what's wrong,is it natural to have curve in lower part of spine while sitting in ardhasiddhasana?
