The book "5 love languages", written by Gary Chapman, is a methodology to improve your relationships. When you date people and fall in love, there are different ways you express that love towards the other person. This is helpful for college or high school kids who started dating need to know how to date or how to get a girl/boy to fall in love with them. This love language quiz is to test how you fall in love with or experiment with what type of love language you have. I mean I guess you could call this an animated book review of the 5 love languages but not really. The thumbnail was to copy the whole 40 vs 1 or whatever of finding my ideal type and speed dating videos Solfa and Jubilee made about a month ago. Are we typical youtubers yet?

14:13 Ok, I know this was a joke, but I actually did that to my boyfriend the other day. I texted him, "Hey, I just found out my love language is physical touch so I want to apologize if I've been clingy and overbearing lately." And he responded saying he was the same. So yeah, it pays off to communicate with your partner so 👍 highly recommend it.
Mine has always been a mix of quality time and physical touch. Of course the whole "love language" thing is farcical because you need some of all of those qualities if you want to be a good partner, but I guess some expressions of affection trigger a positive response more than others.
I think this test was also compromised by the fact that none of the hypothetical women displayed more than one trait. Even if a person displays what you consider to be your favourite trait, you're going to find them one dimensional if that's all they're capable of.

Fun Fact: it's not actually against the rules to bring outside food into a movie theater. They put up signs saying it is because they want you to buy their own (oftentimes expensive) food, but they're not going to do anything about it if they see. This is very fun to watch and to self-test as well. I think the 1st and the 4th girls are a bit similar in terms of how considerate they are. However, 4th girl is also "observant" while 1st girl has a focus on you. Being observant is a decent trait in my opinion. 2nd girls sounds a bit "dependent". What’s my love language? Touching and compliments. I adore hugging more than a lot of things.
Personally, recieving gifts is my love language. Whenever someone gives me something, I cherish it forever, considering I'm very greatful and not really given things much. Just having someone thinking about me and giving me something based on that, especially if it's long distance or we don't see eachother much, makes me feel connected, even when we're apart. If you couldn't tell, I'm also a very anxious person and struggle a bit when I'm away from someone I love.

The reason why words of affirmation wasn't my first was because I like compliments but not as much as I like things like holding hands and getting a peck on the cheek. I gotta say that my love language is a bit of everything. I love spending quality time with loved ones, I love it when significant other is caring/considerate for not only myself but for others as well. I also like a little physical touch and I love it when I am complemented by significant other, especially because I have a few insecurities about my looks, personality, and humor.
