Truncate silence why use, can you say elaborately, when i use this effects i didn’t any differences?

When you have long pauses between sentences and words, truncate silence can reduce the gaps in a single click. You manually do not have to delete those silence manually: ua-cam.com/video/Mo5dIaPLzZU/v-deo.html
